Infrastructure Analysis

Embrionic is pleased to offer our customers a free, no obligation Infrastructure Analysis with one of our Senior Consultants.
Included in the Analysis are the following infrastructure areas:
- Directory:
- We will discuss your directory needs, how many directories do you have, the standards in use, what about directory enabled
applications, how is it secured, what about directory corruption and/or recovery and much more.
- Messaging:
- We will discuss how your environment is configured, what about your routing and administrative topologies, storage, store sizes,
what about security and external access, current issues and more.
- Server Operations:
- We will cover how you manage your server estate, do you monitor your servers, the applications, and how do you go about backups and restores,
what about disaster recovery drills and more.
- Desktop:
- We will look at how you deliver your desktop, how is it secured, how do you deploy new applications and hot fixes and more.
The consultant will spend a day on site with you and your colleagues discussing your infrastructure focus. The day will be split into two sessions:
- Session One:
- This will focus on how your current infrastructure is configured, any issues you may have and what your future plans are.
- Session Two:
- This draws upon all the information gathered and the consultant will produce a high level review of your
infrastructure together with recommendations on how you may improve the service to you offer your customer,
how to better utilise and realise the benefits of your infrastructure. Our consultant will call upon their
experiences gleaned from many years of working with customers similar to you and will produce a high level
review document together with any recommendations moving forward.
