  • Addressed high I/O by careful performance analysis and design planning

  • Worked to reduce the impact the current business continuity product would have on the co-existence environment

  • Design that enabled IMS to continue and extend their mobility and message journaling solutions

  • Use of virtualisation technologies to reduce hardware costs but maintain service availability
