Implement

Implementing a new solution is driven from the approved design. This is the stage that answers how it actually co-exists with the current environment, how much load it can take before performance degrades and it is the first opportunity most people will have to see the look and feel. It is also the first opportunity you can actually provide access to select users to gain their feedback for any system changes or improvements.

Build
The ability to turn all the plans, tasks and documentation into a real life working solution is central to the project becoming a success. The project team should perform any system load and compatibility testing on the new implementation prior to undertaking a proof of concept if needed. When all the features are complete it is ready for testing. This provides an opportunity for the team, operations, support personnel and key project members to evaluate the solution and identify any remaining issues they need to be addressed before deploying the solution company wide.

Knowledge Transfer
Ensuring you know how to get the most from your investment in your new infrastructure and from Embrionic is critical to our success. Custom and detailed knowledge transfer materials and training workshops will be provided by the technical consultants that implemented the solution. This is usually for your key technical staff and ensures they have a full understanding of the new solution that has been implemented to ensure your self sufficiency. We pride ourselves on the quality of our materials and ability to ready your staff and we believe this is another difference between us and other consultancies.
Embrionic has undertaken workshops that last from half-day to five days involving anything from one up to fifty users. The customised training materials are based on your implementation, not generic, and can follow your in house style or our own.

Deploy
With the design implemented and any proof of concept signed off it is time to roll out the changes to the business. There may be a pilot stage at this point before the final deployment to the wider user base. Depending on customer requirements the deployment this may be driven on a department by department basis, application demand or location by location. Should you require assistance with the deployment we have dedicated roll out engineers experienced in this area to undertake all the logistics of such a delivery. They can call upon the technical consultant to help where needed. What happens after each roll out depends on you, what training you gave your user base, etc. but we can also supply floor walkers to back up your IT department.
