Embrionic offers a range of support services dependent upon the precise needs of the customer.
What are the options?
Embrionic Managed Support Services are available in four configurations:
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
How does it work?
To enable Embrionic to provide the high level of service you would expect, you are given a centralised number to call in the event of a problem. Calls are then routed through to one of our consultants who in turn will contact the individual in your organisation within the agreed timescale.
Should it be necessary for our consultant to access the desktop remotely then you will need an active internet connection as our desktop support services connects us via a dedicated secure gateway to the internet.
We will continue to work with the individual concerned until such time that the problem has been fully resolved.
Customers will be provided with monthly reporting and statistics to enable them to monitor fault calls and resolution.
